We would like to address a few questions that may arise from you, our valued customers. Click the questions below to get started.
I’m a version 1 user. What happens if I don’t upgrade to the 2.1 version?
You will no longer be able to activate any 1.x versions of the DPS Plugin software as of March 1st, 2017. Technical support will only be available for 2.1 and beyond. All documentation, product help and ticket submissions will be handled
here.
I’ve previously paid for version 1. How will I obtain the full featured 2.1 version upgrade?
We will be sending an email to the account we have on file (from time of purchase) with a license code to obtain the new full featured version of the Bongiovi DPS Audio Optimization Software as soon as it becomes available.
Note: There may be interruptions of service for version 1 as we approach this transition. All services related to version 1.x will be suspended as of March 1st, 2017.
