Bongiovi DPS

Creating a Skin

You may create your own DPS skin to match your desktop.  As of version 2.2, background images are now separate for each tab.  Mac and Windows button placements are now closely matched so all skins are fully cross-platform.

Windows
Mac

1. Click the “skin” drop-down menu shown above.
2. Choose a skin from the drop-down menu.  As of version 2.2, the skin will change immediately.  No restart is required.

Creating your own Bongiovi DPS skin

    • The skins are located in C:/Program Files/Bongiovi Acoustics/Bongiovi DPS/Skins
    • Click here to download assets for creating your own theme.
    • All image assets are PNG-24 files.
    • We recommend starting with the Transparent Theme as it supports many background colors or images.
    • Fonts, colors, and links may be customized in the FontsAndColors JSON file included in each theme folder.
      • NOTE:  There is no .txt extension on this file.
      • The best way to edit the FontsAndColors file is using the free text editor Notepad ++.  It will not automatically add an extension when saving.
    • When you have finished creating your new skin folder, copy it into C:/Program Files/Bongiovi Acoustics/Bongiovi DPS/Skins
    • Click the skin drop-down menu. Your new skin will appear in the list.
