I need to submit a support ticket but I cannot access my account on BongioviDPS.com with my old store credentials. What do I do?

You will need to create a new account to submit tickets, post in the forum, etc. Your old login will not work.

Go to https://bongiovidps.com/account/
Click the link below the form to register your new account *Outlined in red in the picture below

You can now enter your email and desired password, check the box to confirm you’re not a robot and click register.

You will receive an email confirmation. You can now login into your new BongioviDPS.com account to submit support tickets and view your account.

Download and Install the DPS software from the links in your 2.1 upgrade email.

Open the Bongiovi DPS Software by clicking the B button icon in your icon tray.

Note: The B button shown in the very center of the icon tray image below.

Enter your email address into the License Email field.
Copy/Paste the entire License Key from the email into the License Key field.

*As shown in 2.1 upgrade email

After activation, you will be notified how many activations are left for your key. Click DEACTIVATE to enable use on a different computer.

If you’re having trouble with your activation, please create a BongioviDPS.com account and submit a support ticket.
