When I activate Siri on my mid 2010 iMac and on my MacBook Pro Retina 2015 the sound stops working completely. I do not get an audio feedback by Siri and audio by other apps (for example iTunes) does not continue to play afterwards. After re-syncing the audio buffers everything works normally again.

    PKizzle,

I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with our Application. We were not able to reproduce this issue on our Sierra test machine running MacOs 10.12.2.

Please confirm that in your Mac’s Settings -> Sound -> Output Device is set to DPSReflector, and that in DPS your Output device is set to Built-in (or whatever your desired output device is.)

Which version of MacOs are you running? You can find this information by clicking on the Apple icon in the top left of your desktop and selecting “About this Mac.”
Which version of DPS are you running? You can find this information in the DPS Window by selecting the About tab.

Please open a support ticket, and we work on finding a solution to this problem.

    Thanks,

    Dan R.

Ok, I created a support ticket. I accidentally mentioned that my MacBook Pro 2015 is also affected by this issue, but that was incorrect.
