Not remembering profile

    Since 2.1, I seem to have this problem. When I have a profile selected, it doesn’t remember what it was the next time round, and i have to try and remember what profile i had settled on, and they are different for each output. That didn’t use to happen on the old versions and it is driving me slightly nuts.

    MacEasy,

    What you are describing sounds like a permissions problem. I recommend opening a support ticket and we can handle it there.

    My recommendation is to navigate to your Mac HD -> Library -> Application Support -> then right click on the Bongiovi DPS folder and make sure the permissions there are set to Read & Write.
