Recently I updated Bongiovi DPS to version 18.104.22.168 but it couldn’t be activated. Could you help me to fix this problem.
Same problem here after updating the application will not open .Downloaded the app (from my account page) again but now it tells me my trial has expired . i purchased the full version
Need some help please.

Mikail had a response from the Team and everything is working now.
Their support Team is very helpful
Try to raise a ticket with them and im sure you will get the help you need

Apologies, we were at CES these past few weeks and I neglected to look at the forums during that time.
It’s always a good idea to to open a ticket when your issue involves activation since it is likely that I will need to send you your license key, or other credentials.
