Create profile for bluetooth speakers.

Hello.
I have bluetooth speakers. Unfortunately, they don’t support AptX, so sound a bit worst than if I use line-out. Obviously, I don’t want to use it.

So I have an idea: can we preprocess audio so it will be better after transmitted through bluetooth.

It can be very helpful.
