I know that the QC25s are insanely popular. I am also aware that Bose does some pretty intense EQing on their own. However, as a student I find these headphones invaluable while doing homework wherever I am. The QC 15’s are pretty notoriously flat where as IMO the sound from the QC25’s is much better. I listen to a ton of electronic and hip hop and am very satisfied with the sound from the QC25.
I have become a faithful promoter of DPS plugin on OS X Yosemite and would love to benefit from the use of a profile designed for these Bose headphones! Thank you. 🙂
Thanks so much for submitting your profiles request. Yes, we certainly do share your love of the Bose Quiet Comfort 25 headset. We create every profile by hand/ear which means we must have that particular piece of hardware on our bench to tune. I’ve added this device to our acquisition list. When this device is made available to us we will create a custom profile for it.
In the meanwhile, have you tried the various City and other device profiles? We noticed there is a lot of overlap in the profile settings for many devices. Odds are the perfect profile is right there waiting for you to select it. You know you have the right profile when your favorite songs “light up”. Just trust your ears and how you feel when you listen to your media.
