I do get a notification when a call does come in. Explaining DPS is interfering with FaceTime. I do get it this is not so easy to solve, however when I do click the notification, it opens your help to a section containing the “blablablah” placeholder. This isn’t sarcasm right? 😉

    Quantum Leap,

Thank you for the report, I’ll let my engineering team know about the problem. Can you possibly sent me a link to the “dead link” help page?

What version of MacOS are you running DPS on? What make/model/generation Mac are you using?

Please feel free to email me directly at drice@bmtdps.com

    Thanks,

    I get this as well.

The “blahblahblah” is on the pop up help from within the app.

    Any update on this?

    Thanks

    John

    Little Angel,,

We are planning to remove this dialogue box from future versions of DPS for Mac. We have not been able to reproduce any issues relating to FaceTime with DPS. It is noteworthy however that in MacOS, all other apps that might be playing during call will see reduced volume. This is being done by MacOS, not by DPS. As soon as you hang up FaceTime all volume levels return to the original levels.

    Hope this helps.

    Yours,
