Hello, I recently subscribed to the service for my Macbook Pro (Mid-2014), with macOS Big Sur. I really enjoy my experience having this audio enhancer, it’s a gamechanger.
However, I am having a supposed problem where even if I login with my account, when I close the app I get logged out, so I have to re-enter my details every single time upon re-launch.
Has this been the norm for all previous versions and OSs? If so, I would like to see an improvement – simply keep me logged in please. It’s quite a pain having to enter my details every time, and sometimes being sent to the subscription page when I already have one.
Otherwise, I’d appreciate if anyone can point me to a solution if possible.
