There is no Virtual Subwoofer profile. Our “Virtual Subwoofer” technology is what we call our technology that creates the deep, defined bass and it exists in all of our profiles (although it is purposefully dampened in our voice oriented profiles like Kelang, Skype, Clarity, etc.)

OKay… and i think there is a glitch in being able to scroll through presets, because i cant get to scroll at all.

I guess adrian just confused the Virtual Reality profile with the Virtual Subwoofer technology.
His actual problem is that when he opens the profile tab in DPS and then selects ‘make’ the shown list doesn’t fit completely on his screen so that he cannot select the last few profiles. And scrolling down the list doesn’t work, too.
(No problem for me though because the list does fit on my screen completely, so no scrolling necessary here.)

Yes, I was able to reproduce this issue by adjusting either my screen resolution or my text/app size. I have alerted my engineering team about the problem.

Can you please tell me what your screen resolution is set to and what your text/app size is set to? This information is found in Windows display preferences.

Is it my understanding that the new version 2.1 for win 10 does not recognize earphone profile.
I’am using with Surface 4 pro, it works fine with native speakers and when i tried and plug in my earphone jack, its doesn’t work. Then other problems began, likes the microphone array is giving high pitch sound. I have since uninstalled and reinstalled the native sound driver, the high pitch sound is gone. Cortana is working again, but i also like to use BDps for my surface pro. i can’t do without it.

I believe the 30 day trial version is still available, but let me say this .. if after the first few days of using Bongiovi you don’t buy the full version, you need to save this website in your browser because you’ll be back. I’m one of those who can squeeze a booger out of Lincoln’s nose on a penny and I tried every sound enhancer out there, but THIS ONE is the BEST and will not require collecting aluminum cans or renting your elderly parents out to bratty kids whose own grandparents despise them to pay for it! And no, I’m not one of the developers or anything .. I’m just someone who found this software by chance and loved it! Besides, I don’t live near a recycling facility and both my parents are dead. O.o

sk3ith90, we offer a 30 day free trial of our DPS software. After that it is necessary to purchase a license if you wish to continue to use DPS.

All my icons in the dark menubar are monochrome/B&W, only the blue Bongiovi icon does not follow that rule. Could you please add the option for a monochrome icon in the menubar?
