Thank you Mo, I did not believe I was the only Mojave user having issues!

As Joey mentioned, go into system preferences/sound/output tab and select the alternative instead of DPS and you’ll get your sound back

Joey and DPS company are working on it it’s apparent Mojave integration issues, personally I intend to wait till it’s resolved due to my Apple ID issues and Keychain issues yesterday when I uninstalled DPS with the installer
