Greetings again sir,
Yes I believe you are correct with the licenses, I have been with DPS for a very long time, and was indeed a past beta tester, then I saw the light with windows and am all Apple now and don’t care to use windows after my Apple experiences.

So understand I am somewhat reluctant to reinstall 2.2.0.9, although I trust there with not be any installations having used the installer to uninstall what I previously had running?
I’m still a bit perplexed as to why with the latest MAC-OS Mojave upgrade that I all of sudden experienced issues, I had thought I had the latest version installed, but I can not verify that with any certainty.

So I assume if I indeed have issues after reinstalling 2.2.0.9 that I again could use the installer to uninstall it?
