Appreciate you taking the time to get on here and address everyone … but the problem still seems unresolved (at least for me).
I’ve been a faithful user (and PR man to anyone who would listen to me) about the app since its early days.
Previous versions worked great for me … but after a clean install of High Sierra on a new computer, I’m experiencing the exact same problems as described above. Doesn’t matter the version (.08, 0.15, or whatever).
“Try Again” doesn’t work. Rebooting doesn’t work. Uninstalling, rebooting, and reinstalling doesn’t work. “Force allowing” in System Preferences doesn’t work. Nothing.
Would love to get this working again, but sincerely have no idea how to do so. Am open to any thoughts or suggestions (from literally anyone – ha).
