Your post about the error didn’t make it in. But can I guess it is an exception thrown because “this control cannot have a transparent background”?
This looks like a bug in skinning and background color registry update. If you just click “continue” on the error the app will work fine.
I’ve updated the Xparent skin to Xparent2 (in Goodies folder) if you want to try it. The blank background is in there if you want to use it.
