We have confirmed 2.0.0a17 is not working in the latest Win 10 builds (post 10130).  Our research has revealed there are some bugs in the Windows 10 audio stack and other audio developers are having issues.  We are on top of this and will release a new build as soon as we have a solution.  We may need to wait a bit if the issues are on Microsoft’s side.
