Hmmmm.  That shouldn’t happen!  Can you tell me how you were watching the movie?  Netflix?  iTunes?  We want to re-create the issue.

This also should not be happening.  Registration is a one-time event and should not check back.  BTW, we are making this login system even more simple so you will see some system wide improvements here soon.
