If you are experiencing a “No sound issue” after updating DPS to 220.127.116.11, please roll your installation back to a previous working version:
We aware of an issue where some users lose sound when updating their installation of DPS on MacOS 10.14.6 and 10.15.6. My engineering team is aware of this problem and they are working on a solution.
Rollback your installation of DPS for Mac to version 18.104.22.168.
First, please uninstall DPS using the uninstaller program found in your Applications -> Bongiovi DPS folder then restart your machine. Then please install the older version and let me know the result. Please feel free to email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org
