Windows bug fixes – Fix crash when activating machines with two different date/time formats. Fix email/password display issues.

Mac bug fixes – All binaries are notarized with Apple for Catalina security compliance. No longer using the keychain to store email and password. Users who are upgrading will see the request for keychain access for the last time on this build.
